Hypnosis is a state you pass through every day several times a day. It is a natural and normal state that you are experiencing whether you are aware of it or not.
You’re only job is to allow yourself to relax and be as comfortable as you can for hypnosis portion of the practice.
If you are feeling comfortable and relaxed, you are doing it right. If you are a highly intellectual person or tend to be analytical and like to be in control, you can listen to each recording one time through without trying to relax to make sure the information is suitable for you and that you would want to receive it deeply in the subconscious mind.
Know that you will be conscious and aware through all of the practices and can consciously block any part you do not agree with.
Know that these practices are meant to guide and facilitate your experience and that you are always in full control of yourself.
All hypnosis is truly self-hypnosis, so you can allow it or block it as much as you like.
Hypnosis is a natural, normal state that you pass in and out of every day several times a day. You will know that you are doing it right when you feel relaxed and at ease and find benefit in your life and habits.
